Shipping & Return Policy
FREE Shipping:
AhhhSOME Deals offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time.
- • All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding large furniture items)
- • Orders are ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx with tracking information.
Living Room Furniture and Large Freight Items
- • Large freight items (furniture) are delivered within 10-15 business days with a certified and friendly freight carrier. Additional handling time may incur in cases of severe weather, road conditions or other situation not within our control, please be patient.
- • All Freight delivery service is CURBSIDE ONLY, the freight company will not deliver your packages inside your residence. Please have assistance available when your item is delivered.
- • White glove service may be available in your area, please contact us prior to ordering if you are interested in upgraded delivery.
- • Please note a valid phone number is required for final delivery. The freight company will contact you prior to final delivery to schedule a time that works for you best.
Returns and Refunds:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
Comforters, Bedspreads and Small Items
- • You can return your purchase items within 30 days of receiving.
- • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- • Return shipping charges for damages, manufacturer’s defect’s or wrong items are covered by our store. You will be provided with a pre-paid domestic return label.
- • Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Living Room Furniture and Large Freight Items
(in addition to the above) ONLY if the following conditions are met:
- • Furniture and large freight items can only be return in the case of damage or defect. In such case, it is your responsibility to notify the delivery company of any damages at the time of receiving. You may refuse a shipment completely should it arrived in damages considered to be a “complete loss”.
- • Damages to boxes or packing contents are common; please inspect the actual product for damages.
- • In the case of damage, you must allow us to repair or replace any and all items before returning it. We may be able to send an authorized repairman, send additional pieces or provide an adequate solution.
- • In instances of return, you MUST provide us with pictures of the damaged item.
- • Missing items such as hardware, legs or cushions can be easily sent out to you for your convenience. Please note all hardware and cushions are concealed in a velco compartment beneath the sofa, this is to protect these items during the shipping process.
